Maintenance for DRP-03

Pump taken out of service after having poor performance observed.  Pump disassembled and the bypass port valve was found installed incorrectly.  Pump had been running successfully in this manner.  Full rebuild was performed with the orbiting plate .001" lower than the recommended setting in the manual.  Pump performance finally tested successfully and run-in for 24 hours.  Pump installed under the BNMR beamline outside the cage.
