Maintenance for TPS-C4

Tip seals changed after cleaning scrolls with scotch-brite, propanol and compressed air.  Pump initially having trouble getting pumped down.  Opening the gate valve after blanking off all the upper ports resolved the issue.  System pumped down to 10E-6 mbar range.  Apparently the gate valve is leaking.  Will investigate on Monday.
