Maintenance for TPS-C1

All-in-one gauge cleaned with scotch-brite, acetone and ethanol in that order.  Gauge reinstalled the pump was run open to air for two minutes and pump tested and registered 10E-5 torr range. Pump deemed operational and expected to be used in the up-coming beam season.
