Tip Seal replacement (premature) 1661 HRS

Description:
Tip seals have been changed after it would refuse to go under 12 Torr. After repacement it is being run in. It has pumped down to 360mTorr so far. Keeping runing and will be monitored.
Pump did not reach reasonable pressures 980mTorr only. Vent valve behind TPS compact was found to be faulty. O-Ring got pinched on the ID. O-Ring changed and pump unit works perfectly. 9x10^-5 within 20 minutes.
Pump checked for hours and the tip seals only had 1661 hrs. Tip seal hours reset.
