Minor Kit

Description:
All seals and elastomers of the pump were changed using minor kit (054483 ). This kit is obsolete and from now on the major kit should be applied.
Pump was fulshed with 7 liters of Alcatel A111 oil ( ran for 2 hours) and filled with 7.5 liters of fresh A111 oil. Pump operated for several days and leak checked. Leak rate was about 2E-7 torr.lit/sec.
Next maintenance should be done no more than 4 years.
