SO2 Purity in Separators SF6 Volumes

Description:
SO2 purity was tested for five different volumes:
S1+ (M9A S1POS) = 0.1 ppm
S1- (M9A S1NEG)= 0.1 ppm
S2+ (M9A S2POS)= 0.1 ppm
S2- (M9A SNEG)= Fluctuating between 0.0 and 0.1 ppm
Other volumes and manifolds(all connected together) = 0.0 ppm
