S1DP1 Separator diffusion pumps heater refreshed.

Description:
The heater on Separator 1 diffusion pump burnt out. A new heater was ordered; part number 647306175 from Agilent. Separator 1 diffusion pump compression plate was cleaned up with a grinding stone on the dremel and assembled with new heater and copper wire and copper lugs. Within a few days the wires oxidized through the whole thickness of the wires and the connections came apart . New nickel wire and nickel lugs were ordered and installed. These seem to last since nickel is corrosion resistant. System commissioned successfully.
