Synopsis:
Replace the temperature sensor on the window heater and Needle Valve O-rings.

Description:
The Ptr on the window heater stopped working during the last beam period. It looks like the intermittent connection is internal to the resistor, might be the result of many thermal cycles over the last 20 years. I replaced the broken resistor and added a GaAlAs diode (serial number 10040) to the window heater. To make room for the new diode, I had to disconnect the sample tube shield temperature.
Also, cleaned and replaced the needle valve O-rings.
