Synopsis:
Penning gauge reading too high!-Clean oil for Diff Pump

Description:
Penning gauge reading too high! Cleaned the gauge.
Diffusion pump oil drained and replaced with 27cc Santovac 5 from Edi.
Also, we figured out that there was helium gas in the pumping lines which might have caused the initial faulty reading.
