Maintenance for DR(Pandora)

Transferline short piece was found leaking Helium into the vacuum jacket.  Recently it was opened using a tiny zip cut on a dremel tool.  This operation was done around the same time as the Helios transferline.  The leak presented itself near the highest stress point of the weld where the capillary is bent and enters the greater tube of the valve on the downstream side.  Leak was fixed by George Sun by welding.  After returning the wraps of shiny thin Al foil and paper we gave it back to George to reassemble by welding.
