Synopsis:
Exchangeing He3 rotary Vane Pump and Coalescing Filter

Description:
He3 Rotary vane pump( OLP-18 ) was exchanged due to malfunctioning. OLP-19 was installed and pumped overnight( about 13 hours) to clear out disolved air gases. After that, normal procedure for cooling down the fridge was done.
Coalescing Filter(BX- Fine) on the pump exhaust was also changed.
