Synopsis:
Tip seals changed.

Description:
During tear-apart inspection, the anodized surface was found to have a moderate amount of circular scratches. Scrolls were cleaned and new tip seals were installed. Pump installed in BNQR in the location ILE2A1:BP1. The base pressure on the convectron gauges where it is in operation showed 20mTorr. Pump was not too hot. around 50c.
