Maintenance for DRP-39

A major rebuild was performed after poor performance was reported.  The setting of the orbiting plate was .0529" before tip seals and .0599" after tip seals.  When initially opened lots of Teflon dust was found and some of the tip seal had delaminated from the foam backing.  When tested within 1hr the pump achieved a vacuum of better than 10mTorr and a running temperature of 57.
