Maintenance for CP-11

Synopsis:
Pump rebuilt.

Description:
Pump was completely rebuilt not including the motor. This pump was found not working, with power on at ILE2A3CP2.
The Array kit was changed, a repair kit was applied, a scotch yolk was changed with a new part, crankshaft was changed, Displacer #1 pin assembly was changed.
Displacers were cleaned baked and installed. New helium was charged.
Pump was tested to 14K, vented with Nitrogen and a flange was bolted on to vacuum chamber.
