Description:
After running a while, control freezes and circulation stops. Sometimes the beeper whines, and sometimes there are random lines on the display.
2009-03-14 Send unit back to Thermo Fisher.
2009-06-15 They want more money, without actually finding the problem yet; ask for quote on new head.
2009-06-25 Requisition and order new P1 head. They are sending back the broken unit on original PO.
