Maintenance for BNMR-Oxford Cryostat

McAllister Bellows drive found squeeking and having an unusual amount of backlash.  New bearings were ordered 7200BEP (PO# 3031216) asymetrical ball bearings.  When installing the new bearings the picture of the old bearing showed that it was installed backwards.  Bearings installed so that the axial load originating from the center of the screw could be handled by the bearings.  Screw was cleaned in the parts washer and it was sprayed with MoS2 lubricant spray.  When system reassembled it operated much better.  System deemed operational and set aside for subsequent service.
