Replaces with OMF-06

Description:
This flowmeter was replaced with OMF-06( M20 spare flowmeter) due to some system deficiencies! Afterward, it found out OMF-04 has been working fine and the problem was the ion gauge. Now this flowmeter is stored as spare.
