Adsorber changed ILE2A1-CP3
Equipment/Beam Line:
Description:
Adsorber was changed at 52216 hrs. Pressure was 248PSI Dynamic 200PSI Static. After adsorber change the static pressure was adjusted to 195PSI. Let run for a day and then the Dynamic pressure was adjusted to 250PSI.
