Repair Leak in Vacuum and Helium Space

Description:
X-Y table was removed due to a vacuum leak probably thru bellows or matting o-ring flange to magnet. The replacement transitional flange was replaced with the table. The other leak was in the helium space from the relief valve(black little valve below KF-40 flange) which was fixed by replacing a new one.
