Maintenance for DRP-04

This pump was given a full rebuild reusing the nearly new teflon seals that were installed in September 2017.  The bearings and seals were suspect.  There was a case leak.  Pump tested and reached 4 mTorr within a few minutes.

April 5th:  Pump run in for 24 hours.  The pump ultimately bottomed out the CG controller and ran at 50C temperature.
