Synopsis:
spin rotators HV+ suppplies recover poorly after being shut down for several hours

Description:
Separators running normally in spin rotated mode (+/-190KV) then shut off for several hours. Negative separators come back nicely but positive ones do not and require some on/off cycles to re-establish a steady +190KV voltage. Behavior may be simple deconditioning during the off period.
