Maintenance for CRP-01

Aluminum tape found in M15 was defective.  It failed whereever it was used.  I used another batch of tape which was reserved for inside the DR.  This seems to have worked.  Pump works and cools to acceptable temperature and stability level.  Pump was charged and installed in M20 Separator 2.
